Upgrade Firmware¶

In the web Admin Panel, go to SYSTEM -> Upgrade, upgrade the firmware to the latest version. Please refer to the Firmware Download Center to check the latest version.

Disable Network Acceleration¶

Based on our experience and customer feedback, Wi‑Fi Calling works properly after disabling Network/Hardware Acceleration.

After the firmware upgrade, log in to the web Admin Panel, go to NETWORK -> Network Acceleration, then disable it.
