How to make WiFi Calling work on Opal¶

Please go to the web Admin Panel¶

SYSTEM -> Upgrade, then upgrade the firmware to the latest version(V4.3.17 or above). The firmware download link is HERE (online upgrade or local upgrade can both work)

Find the Network Acceleration¶

After the firmware upgrade, you can find the Network Acceleration on the left side of the web Admin Panel -> NETWORK -> Network Acceleration, please disable it manually.

Based on our experience and feedback from our customer, the WiFi calling will work properly after disabling the Hardware Acceleration. But if this solution doesn't work on your device, please contact us via support@gl.inet.biz, and we will continue to provide help.
