iPhone Tethering failed

If you encounter an iPhone tethering failure, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue.

  1. Please make sure the Maximise Compatibility is Enabled (iPhone 8 or above)

  2. Disable hotspot on your phone, wait 5 seconds, then enable it again.

  3. Make sure the iOS version is 15 or above.

  4. Unplug and replug the Lightning cable.

  5. Reboot both the router and your iPhone. Sometimes rebooting the iPhone solves the tethering issue.
