Help¶
In the web Admin Panel, click the question mark icon on the right side of the title bar.
You can find the Router Support Docs.
Since firmware v4.8, you can contact Tech Support with just one click, making it easier to obtain assistance.
Click Contact Tech Support and it will take you to the Log page, and a pop-up window will appear on the right side.
Options of Upload System Log and Upload Debug Info are checked by default.
Fill in the required information and click Send for assistance.
