How to activate or top up T-Mobile 5G SIM cards

This guide will show you how to activate or top up the T-Mobile 5G SIM card you purchased on the GL.iNet online store. The SIM card is compatible with Spitz AX (GL-X3000) and Puli AX (GL-XE3000), allowing you to connect to the internet seamlessly.

How to activate T-Moible SIM cards

If you are using the SIM card for the first time, you will have to activate it by following these steps:

  1. Insert the SIM card into the router.
  2. Scan the QR code printed on the label in the SIM card package.
  3. In the fields, enter your email address and the ICCID number (shown as "SIM Card Number" on the back of the SIM card). sim card number
  4. (Optional) Upload a photo of the SIM card showing the ICCID.
  5. Tap Submit.

Activation may take up to 24 hours to complete. Upon successful activation, you will get a confirmation email and can start using the SIM card. The SIM card will be valid for 30 days after activation. After that, you will have to top up your SIM card to continue using it.

How to top up T-Moible SIM cards

After 30 days, you can top up your SIM card at $80/month by following these steps:

  1. Make sure the SIM card is inserted into the router.
  2. Visit the Global Data WiFi page.
  3. Enter your email address and the ICCID number (shown as "SIM Card Number" on the back of the SIM card). sim card number
  4. Select Search.
  5. Enter your email address, then select Bind & Pay.
  6. Enter your credit card information, then select Save card.

The SIM card will be renewed automatically on the same date every month.
