How to retrieve the Mobile App Log¶

If you experience there are some malfunctions when using our GL-Inet Mobile App and want to retrieve the Mobile App Log, you can follow the steps to retrieve the log.

Go to the App Main page¶

Click the Wheel icon at the left bottom corner

Tap the Enable at APP LOG(BETA)¶

Tap Show Log-Window¶

A Blue L will appear on the middle left side¶

When you tap the L, the log of the function you just used in the App will be display.
