How to Set Up the eSIM Physical Card with Android Devices¶

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for setting up and activating the eSIM Physical Card purchased from the GL.iNet online store. The eSIM Physical Card is compatible with most Android devices, offering effortless internet connectivity and seamless performance.

Set Up the eSIM Physical Card on Android Devices¶

If you’re using the eSIM Physical Card for the first time, follow these steps:

1. Connect to the Internet¶

Ensure that your Android device is connected to the internet. You can either connect via Wi-Fi connection or use the preloaded data included with the eSIM Physical card.

2. Insert the eSIM Physical Card¶

Insert the eSIM Physical Card into your Android device's SIM card slot.

3. Download the EIOTCLUB App¶

Download the EIOTCLUB app via this link: https://sim.eiotclub.com/eshop/download.

Note

Your device must support Android 9 or above. iPhone devices are not supported this eSIM Physical Card.

4. Create a New Account¶

Sign up for a new account in the EIOTCLUB app.

5. Add SIM Card¶

Automatic Card Detection: Once the eSIM Physical Card is inserted and the EIOTCLUB app is open, it will be automatically detected. When prompted, simply tap OK to continue.
Manual Card Addition: Alternatively, click the Add button to manually scan or enter your ICCID numbers. Then, tap Next to proceed. When a prompt appears, tap OK to confirm.

6. Check and Manage Profiles¶

After completing the setup, the app will show these sections:

a. eSIM Card Slot 1: The name of your eSIM card.

b. eSIM Profiles: A list of eSIM profiles successfully added to your eSIM card.

c. Remote: A management option for adding, removing, or updating your eSIM profiles.

How to Add or Purchase a New eSIM Profile¶

After setting up the eSIM on your Android device, you’ll have access to a preloaded data package from GL.iNet:

- 1GB Data for Europe and the U.S.
