What should I do if no device is found in the GLKVM app?¶
You may encounter an issue that no device is found in the GLKVM app when adding KVM device for the first time.
Here are some troubleshooting tips:

Make sure all cables, including Type-C cable for power input, HDMI cable, Ethernet cable, USB-A cable, are properly connected to the interfaces of your KVM device.

Make sure the KVM is connected to the Internet. A solid-white LED indicates normal network connectivity.
