GoodCloud trouble shooting¶
How to fix if my device show "Deactivated"¶
The "Deactivated" mean the device never been connected to the server before.
- Make sure the router has connected to the Internet.

And try to disable and re-enable the GoodCloud on router's Admin Panel. Don't forget to click "Apply" button.

Make sure to access to the right region of GoodCloud.
