Why can't I find the default SSID of the router on my device?

  1. Make sure your device is close to the router.
  2. Make sure the SSID Visibility of 2.4G Wi-Fi and 5G Wi-Fi is Shown. ssid visibility
  3. Try to turn off and turn on to let your device rescan Wi-Fi.
  4. Try to restart router.
  5. Try to reset router.
