The user manual for LE-LAN devices shall contain instructions related to the restrictions mentioned in the above sections, namely that:
i. the device for operation in the band 5150-5250 MHz is only for indoor use to reduce the potential for harmful interference to co-channel mobile satellite systems;

FCC/IC Radiation Exposure and SAR Statements
The device has been tested for body-worn Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) compliance.
The FCC/IC has established detailed SAR requirements and has established that these requirements.
RF Exposure Information
The radio module has been evaluated under FCC Bulletin C95.1 and IEEE 1528 and found to be compliant to RF Exposure from radio frequency devices.
This model meets the applicable government requirements for exposure to radio frequency waves.
The highest reported SAR level for usage near the body (0mm) is 0.834 W/kg.
Frequency band: 5150 - 5250 MHz:
Indoor use: Inside buildings only. Installations and use inside road vehicles and train carriages are not permitted.
Limited outdoor use: If used outdoors, equipment shall not be attached to a fixed installation or to the external body of road vehicles, a fixed infrastructure or a fixed outdoor antenna. Use by unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) is limited to within the 5170 - 5250 MHz band.
Frequency band: 5250 - 5350 MHz:
Indoor use: Inside buildings only. Installations and use in road vehicles, trains and aircraft are not permitted. Outdoor use is not permitted.
Frequency band: 5470 - 5725 MHz:
Installations and use in road vehicles, trains and aircraft and use for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) are not permitted.
1) Do not cover ventilation openings, this equipment is not intended to be used on soft support.
2) The marking information is located at the bottom of apparatus.
